Visa Gift Cards?

I have just sent a wrong amount of money to a buyer so he refunded. Sadly, the funding source was a Visa Gift Card which cant not be refilled. Where will the refunded money end up? The money have not yet been added back to my account. The buy refunded 1 hour ago.

Welcome to the boards!

Even if a card cannot be reloaded, it can still accept refunds, and PayPal is required to send the funds for any credit card funded payment back to the card that was used.  Refunds back to cards are made available to credit card issuers immediately, but they can choose to take up to 30 days to credit the funds back to the card.  If you haven't received your refund after a week, you'll want to call the card issuer to find out what's going to happen and how long it will take.
