Welcome to the boards!
There are a number of reasons why a label may not be able to be printed. Try the list below to see if any of it fits your situation:
1) The address is mis-spelled or invalid in any way
2) The auction does not list Canada Post as a shipping method
3) If paying via a card, the charge to the card is being declined (best to call your card company on this one)
