How do I confirm that I shipped a package and collect my payment

I got this in an email but it doesn't say how to verify the shipment:

 

You have 24hours from the date of the transaction to open a dispute in the Resolution Center.This PayPal® payment has been deducted from the buyer's account and has been "Approved"but will not be credited to your account until the shipment tracking number is sent to us for shipment verification so as to secure both the buyer and the seller.

What do I need to do as a seller?

I am also in this situation.. this is my first time selling...

This email says to send a tracking number to the vertification department (lol) gives me a unrelated email. is this right?
