I am having the same problem from Canada.

i'll describe more detail. A soon as you fill out the first page after "create invoice"

you put in the weight, your carrier, ect..hit Continue and I get in a yellow banner

at the top of the next page :

"A shipment cannot have a KGS/IN or LBS/CM as its unit of measurements"

Makes no sense, and I have used the service no problem 2 months ago, shipping N. america, and

overseas no problem.

What is this? and I need to use this service before morning to get my work done.

I tried a few things and figured out a workaround FOR NOW.

I know I did not use CentiMeters last time, I always use INCHES.

NOW HERE IS THE TRICK:

under - DIMENSIONS  USE CM NOT INCHES FOR PARCEL

under - WEIGHT if using KG and it's under 1KG use a ZERO before decimal ie : 0.899 kg

This applies as a workaround for a Canadian Seller.

Not sure if the USA or other countries are having this problem.

As I said, I never had this problem last time I used the service.
