I've paid for a bunch of shipping labels and am trying to print them, but whether I hit the print button to print a sample or the actual label, hitting "ok" to print then causes a "save as" window to pop up trying to save "*.xps". I can't get the labels to print. What is going on? 😞 ... View more

I decided to use PayPal to print off shipping labels for two packages going to the US recently from Canada. I chose USA Surface Small Packets (and confirmed that this is the option I chose by checking each transaction on PayPal this morning).   However, when I input the "tracking number" (I'm not sure it's actually a tracking number - and when I enter it on Canada Post it just says that Canada Post has received the shipment information 5 days later), it says the method of shipment is USA Letterpost.   I'm a little worried that these will just get returned to me because Canada Post says "The following items may not be sent as Letter-post (U.S.A. and International): small packets; goods."    So which method is my package actually being shipped by..? I made a purchase. Was emailed a tracking number jan 25. Tracking number shows usps received tracking info electronically on Jan 30th. To date the tracking info has not changed, usps has not received the package, and I have not received it. I opened a claim. Seller provided said tracking number. Paypal accepted it and the status now says "tracking shows this package is still in transit. When the package arrived we'll review the case" - WTF? It's a non-receipt claim. The tracking number isn't actually active because they never handed it to usps. It's been 15 days since they say they shipped it. What happens now? 😕 ... View more
