I just opened my PayPal account about two hours ago and am trying to figure out the process. In doing so, I managed to create two identical invoices as test invoices that appear as DRAFT invoices.
How do I delete them?
How do I send one of them?
I'm baffled.

Hey there domesticaide,
I have provided steps below that I think might help you to delete your invoices.
- Go to _www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
- Click 'Request Money' near the top of the page.
- Click invoice settings
- tick the invoice you wish to delete (radio button)
- click remove at the bottom
- review the invoice to be sure and click remove at the bottom again
If you want to send one on to your buyer
- Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
- Click ‘Request Money’ near the top of the page.
- Click ‘Create Invoice’ near the top of the page.
- Select a template or ‘New Invoice’ if this is your first invoice, or if you haven’t created an invoice template.
- Click ‘Continue.’
- Enter your information, the customer’s information, and then the details of the sale.
- Click ‘Continue.’
- Review your invoice, edit it if you need to, and then click ‘Send Invoice.’
Let me know how this goes.

PP Lucy:
Your solution does not work.
When I go to Request Money , then Invoice Settings, I get Enter Your Contact Information.
I get no listing of invoices, no radio button, and no option to REMOVE.
Any other thoughts?

I have the same problem. Why does an invoice get saved as a draft if it then cannot be activated? Do I really have to create a new invoice from scratch?

Click on the invoice number highlighted in blue
You should then be in a section called "manage invoices"
Next select "edit"
Now you have the option to send it at the bottom.
Seems to be a new thing.

If it is a draft You can delete it, Just check the check box and then Click on the Invoice Number in the list of Invoices!
then you can see what other things you can do edit or delete. the ones that you have canceled just Archive them then they wont be in your current list you need to be paid for or been paid! I havent tried but maybe if you copy it the it might think you can then delete it after making copy. But yes how hard is it to add a delete function next to archive ..More Government control so you cant hide anything..its bull **bleep**!

If someone still needs the answer to this question,
Click 'Details' beside the 'Draft' status.
A page will open where a 'Delete' option will be right there.
Click it and confirm 'Delete' again.
I am new to this too. Came here looking for answers, but had to figure it out on my own. Seems like different countries have different systems.
