If someone still needs the answer to this question, Click 'Details' beside the 'Draft' status. A page will open where a 'Delete' option will be right there. Click it and confirm 'Delete' again. I am new to this too. Came here looking for answers, but had to figure it out on my own. Seems like different countries have different systems.
