an order on my web site remains pending

Hi everyone

my customer order on my web site is showing pending due to a message on my site that reads - your email address is not yet registered or confirmed with Paypal. My Paypal details has my accurate email. Any advise available please?

Hi there suehilton, 

Have you confirmed your email address on PayPal?

Check with your buyer, ask them what exact email address they can see the payment being sent to. Even a slight spelling error would mean the payment remains 'Unclaimed'
