Hi all
I am in the process of setting up PayPal Shopping cart onto my client's website. Basically he used to use PayPal shopping cart for the old store and could see no reason to change it.
Basically some of the items on his sites are £5 delivery, some £15 and some are free. This was all straightforward and easy to setup. Now I have been asked that if a client buys any free delivery item, the rest of the shopping cart gets free shipping.
Can this be setup in PayPal shopping cart? PLease could anyone advise?
Many thanks in advance.
Debbie

Hi Dvh,
You should checkout a 3rd party shopping cart that supports PayPal for this functionality.
Mals Ecommerce & Roman Cart are good examples as they integrate very similarly to PayPals add to cart buttons and have very customizable shipping modules.
I hope you find this helpful,
Tim

Hi
Sorry i realise this was posted ages ago however I need help offering different shipping arrangements for my customers on mywebsite.
I would like to offer either next day delivery at £8 or standard delivery (up to 3 days ) and £5.
Is there a way I can do this or do I need to get a third party shopping cart. If so, then how do I do this?!
Struggling massively!
thank you

Hi louisemcevoy,
You can customise the postage costs you charge buyers who make purchases on your website.
Here's how to calculate postage costs for purchases made on your website:
- Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
- Click 'Profile' near the top of the page.
- Click 'My selling preferences'.
- Click 'Update' beside 'Postage calculations'.
- Customise your postage costs and then click 'Save'.
The HTML code in your shopping cart buttons under the 'Postage' section overrides the postage methods in your profile. To offer free or discounted postage, for example, select 'Use specific amount', and enter 0.00 as the amount.
I would also advise that you review our PayPal developer website as this may help with customising your postage. To view our developer website please click here
I hope this helps
Paula
