I'm attaempting to select change in the payment type when paying in a test account in Sandbox. have tried in 3 different browsers, but keep gettingInternal Server Errors.
My experience of the Sandbox hasn't been great. I seem to get regular errors. Will this happen on the main site when we go live?
Hey there, apologies for this. There is a known issue at the moment with the PayPal Sandbox site. Could you please log a ticket with our Technical Support team? You can go to www.paypal.com/mts and click on the contact support link and fill out the details there. Once the integration is OK, you should not then have any other issues on the live site.
