Error code 53001

When I go to calculate my shipping cost when printing a shipping label It just gives me error code 53001 and will not let me go any further does anybody know any way round this problem I need to **bleep** things tonight

I'm in the exactly the same boat- Has the service gone down or is it working for others? Id be grateful to know either way

I've been having this problem all day too. Tried different browsers and PC's etc and its all the same error.
