Hey,
I was hoping somebody could help me, I am running my server on localhost and I am currently not using the IPN. I just want to test to see if the payments go through, I have the return address and cancel address as local host, and the REST api shows me the payment page as it should but as soon as I login with a sandbox account I have made, it logs in succesfully but then gives me this message.
"We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to the merchant and try using a different payment method."
I am wondering maybe it could be because the return address is localhost maybe they reject it?
I assume paypal do not contact the return address in any way and it is just a redirection for the customer?
Could someone please tell me why I am having this problem.
