Been getting this message for two days now : 

PayPal Postage is not available. We apologise for the inconvenience.

I am trying to book a collection using Parcelforce 48 for a heavy item I sold on Ebay, but just keep getting the same message.

I enter the item weight and select the collection date, but nothing..Just the same message over and over for two days..Does this happen alot? 

I usually use Ebay own online postage and not Paypals.
