PayPal Adaptive Payment fees and setup

Hi there!

I've been trying to get a direct answer and I seem to be getting all sorts of different answer from PayPal and the developers.

I currently have a Multi Vendor Ecommece site set up. It is my understanding I need to setup Adaptive Payment plugin for my vendors to get paid directly. However this is my issue so far with being able to get a direct answer.

I as the website owner for the Multi Vendor storefront want to recieve NO Payments or commissions for sales other than what I sell directly from there for my own shop. However I want the vendors to be the ones to get 100% of the paypal payment recieved minus the your transaction fees. Is this possible with the Adaptive Payment...that the payment goes directly to the vendors only and no to me? Or do I have to recieve the payment and then payout to each vendor? How does that work? When I called I was told that I would recieve the payment and be charged .30 cents and then the 2.9% and then when I sent payment the vendors would also then be charged that. Causing the vendor be be charged twice or putting me in the hole each time a transaction is made.

All I want is my site to make take orders and have the payment and fee go directly to the vendor? Is this possible? The representative said on the phone the only way to allow this to happen is for each one of my vendors to create buttons...not a solution for me. I want a buyer to be able to make one transaction pay for whatever it is they want with one single order even through buy from multi vendors and then my vendors being the ones to take on the on single transaction fee and only being charged once for this sell.

Why does this seem to be impossible? Please help direct me in finding the right solution for my vendors and website. Thank you!
