Hi, I have used PayPal for the last five years for recurring membership payments of a car club I help run. To make life easier for our membership guy we use some software that automatically downloads the renewal data from PayPal and prints out a mailing label. Recently some of the labels are blank, i.e. The address is missing. Looking at the recurring transaction on PayPal the address is missing, but if I look at the original transaction the address is present. This has happened on about 70 of about 1000 transactions - anyone any idea why ? I asked the developer of the software we use, Ocportal, and he said that recurring transactions are totally in PayPals domain. Any help greatly appreciated. Cheers Ade
