Message 3005

Hi, i'm continually getting the 'Message 3005' when trying to make a payment. I am testing the selling area of my own website so if changes to the code are needed, I can make them. Can anyone help please?

You say you are testing your selling area of your website. Are you using a test account on your website to test it?
