I have a business account and want to set up Gift vouchers so customers can purchase them.
I found this link https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/Merchant/merchant/GCIntro-outside which shows the attached picture , howerver It seems to be a dead end when I click on Sin-UP now?? PLease advise?
