I had listed an item on ebay, buyer said he'd pay via paypal for cheaper. I sent a request for money using android paypal, for £429. The buyer paid, I had told him I would have to send the vouchers via post as it needs to be tracked and for my protection. I now find out there's no address as it was given to me via gift(weirdly). Ive read that buyer can chargeback via credit card, and gain money back. Should I refund the payment and send an invoice this time using the website or leave it and just email the voucher? The buyer has 288 feedback 100% positive.

They can charge back whatever option they pay if they funded their payment via a credit card.
The difference is if they paid via a "gift" then you have no seller protection.
What you do is up to you but if you do refund you may have to wait for those funds to process back to his funding source before he pays again and then its best you send an invoice or money request.
Personally i would have kept the transaction on ebay.
