As kernowerlass mentioned we need more info, If there's no case, just say no returns, but I'm guessing they'll open a case as item not described. In which case, you will have to accept the return, and the buyer has to pay for return, and if you know it was sent working you'll probably recieve a broken one or some other garbage, make sure you accept return and don't let paypal force you as then paypal would only require proof of postage, and not delivery. So regardless if you recieve it or not they'd get refund, so accept return when filed a case. and if you want to put a guy fawkes mask on and play dirty in return, don't sign for the package, as without online tracking saying delivered paypal can't refund. Unfortunately, you'll have buyers who do this as this was similar to what I experienced during Christmas, the lady couldn't afford presents so shed rip off me instead, so I lost about £560.
