Hi
We have a Magento go website set-up with PayPal standard. We are based in the UK and are processing UK orders just fine using PayPal.
However, we have have two orders from the USA which would not complete and stayed in the 'pending' state. We contacted one of the people and they said they had the following message.
"Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address."
Has anyone had this before or know what could be causing the issue please?
