I am about to set up a website where I will take a commission fr introducing a buyer to a seller. I know I can do this via chained payments api but I want to understand more about fees.
Am I correct in my understanding that when someone buys something on my site I will pay the Paypal fee (x%+20p) if I then initiate a payment to the seller (minus my commission) from my PayPal account balance to their PayPal account I won't incur any further fees?
Could someone let me know?
