About an hour ago I sold an item on eBay. I then received an email from PayPal saying I had received the payment, but when I went to check on my account there is no information about the transaction and the money is not in my PayPal wallet.
I have been using PayPal for some time now (over a year) and I normally receive the money within seconds of receiving the email.
I have also check what email address it was sent to and can confirm that payment was send to the right email.
does anyone know what the problem might be?
