how do i track the paypal tracking number given when printing postage labels

I use paypal postage labels to post my items in UK,either first class or second class small parcell,it automaticcally gives a tracking number on paypal account,I post by postoffice (royal mail) but how do I track this number?

I have a buyer who says she has nmot received her ebay parcell and i dont know how to track the number given ....set out below
