I sold 2 items on ebay to the same buyer so there will be two big-ish packages which I will need to send via Parcelforce 24. If I print 2 labels will I be charged £11.99 twice or just once?
Each parcel sent would need a separate postage label even though it is going to the same buyer. According to the information given to us by Royal Mail/ParcelForce they say "You can only use the purchased label for one package.." but you can find more information on postage here.
