Withdrawal to bank pending more than 72 hours

My funds should've been in my account this morning at the latest, I made the withdrawal on 21/11/17 and it's still showing as pending?? No reasons given no nothing!! I need this money, I sold things to get the money and am still with nothing!! Not even got the funds to send the item, so until PayPal pull their finger out then the buyer can't have there item as I don't have a penny to post it!! Will be looking for an alternative to PayPal as am sick to death of them doing what they want with our money!! If a bank did this it'd be all over the news, so why do PayPal get away with it!!! They're basically holding MY money,without my permission, isn't this theft???

You should not rely on cleared funds to post your item, your buyer should expect you to post their item as soon as their payment hits your bank account.

If your funds were pending and then you had a security review it may well take more than 72 hours, but that has nothing to do with your buyer.
