I sold a iphone last week, the payment shows in my PP
i have it as "withdrawal pending" on the PP app but no notes to this effect on the PP site
phone was delieverd/signged for saturday

If the payment us still on hold due to this policy it will not allow the funds to be withdrawn.
It is also possible that the withdrawal has been placed on hold for a random security check - https://goo.gl/J9xkCS.
