Advice Please - Buyers address is wrong

I have sold an item on Ebay and buyer has messaged me to say the address shown is their old one.

They have asked me to send to a different address, I checked and this address does not appear in Ebay or Paypal. Am I right that if I send to an address other than one listed in Paypal transaction then I am not protected if it goes missing?

You will have no seller protection so personally i would not go ahead.

Why not issue a refund and tell her to do this >>

Add a second 'gift' address to her paypal account > mark it primary (for your transaction) then she can change it back afterwards if she wants to.

Ebay tried to tell me I would be covered because person told me within Ebay messages what correct address was but I was still uncertain I'd have Paypal protection hence asking here!!!
