Will I be asked to pay the final value fee if I cancelled the transaction?

So here's the situation.

I canceled the transaction because buyer's request but my account balance due day is tomorrow.

And it will take several days to complete the refund.

Will I get the final value fee credit from ebay after the refund is done?
