Why have I stopped getting email notifications?

 About a month ago I stopped getting email notifications from paypal when I had received a payment.  I have checked my email account to make sure the email address isn't blocked (it isn't).  It is not going into junk.  They have just stopped.  I have looked at my settings notifications in paypal and it says that this feature can't be turned off well it seems to have been cos I am not getting the payment notifications.  I have phoned paypal and spoken to a lovely Irish girl who said to me "well that shouldn't have happened!"  and was about as much use as a chocolate teapot!  My reply was that it had happened and what was she going to do about it and that I needed help which is why I phoned the helpline in the first place.  She said that I was to hold on the line for a bit which I did while she shouted around the office to see if anyone else had reported the problem.  It turned out that nobody else had reported it so she said that she would put it to Technical Support to try and sort it.  I felt liked I'd been fobbed off!  Nothing has happened and I'm still not getting the payment notifications.  Can anybody assist please?

I also have this problem and it started about the same time yours did.

Notified Paypal.  Will see if I get a response.
