On 23rd October this appeared on my onlline bank statement and £27 was taken out:
23 Oct 2013 D/D PAYPAL PAYMENT , INITIAL PAYMENT
What does it mean? I can't get any answers from PayPal. I've only just have my seller fees invoice through from eBay from my first set of sales and it's a different (and correct) amount, so what does this mean?
Look in your transaction history and i expect you will see that you paid for an item to a seller that you bought via paypal on or around that date for that price.
