Verifying buyer

I sold my car via eBay and the buyer is from Germany. They paid but when I sent an email to them via PayPal the message was undeliverable. Should I be suspicious? How can I check they are genuine?

1. Are the funds actually SHOWING in your paypal account balance, because if not then you won't have been paid.

2. There is no seller protection on paypal for motor vehicles.

The funds are showing and They seem to have a online eBay store. Not sure how I can check the validity of the buyer before my car gets taken away

I can't find an email address for PayPal customer services.
