Unable to withdraw any money from PayPal.

I am new to selling on ebay and I sold an item around 12 days ago. The buyer sent money to paypal in full and I sent the item via Royal Mail(Barcode AH061905257GB). They  recived the item and left positive feedback.

Has this payment be credited to your PayPal balance?

If there is a hold on the payments due to being a new seller, the payment can be released with positive feedback, 21 days pass or if your tracking information shows delivery for 3 days or more.

If anyone of these timeframes passes and the funds are still on hold, please contact PayPal customer support to have the funds released.

im sending an item off tomorrow and paypal needs a barcode before i recieve the money and do you know where ill find the barcode

Are you sure this is not a scam? I have never heard of this.

Is the transaction international? I hope its not Nigeria?
