I sold a couple of items yesterday, but was unable to receive payment. The money had left buyers account but did not reach mine. I realised this was my mistake, as had forgotten to admend my Paypal account to same email address as ebay, and also to link the two.
Once I had sorted that I contacted the buyers and asked them to cancel their payments and try again.
If they have cancelled the payment you can ask them to pay by using the send money tab to your correct email address, but use "goods" not the Ebay checkout as it will take them back to Ebay
Remember to change to the correct email address on future listings
