Hi, someone sent me an item in December, royal mail tracked. The tracking number has never updated and just says accepted at POL, where the sender posted the item. Who's responsability is this? Mine or the sellers? And if he cant sort it, who's favour will ebay decide in? Thanks

For the seller to win an item not received dispute the tracking number has to show the item as delivered to you.

If it does not then the dispute should be found in your favour.

Thanks for your answer, just wanted to check because the seller is trying to say its my responsability because he sent it tracked. cheers!
