Hi guys i need some help, i sold a phone on ebay about a month ago and a few days after it was sent i recieved a message from the buyer saying the item was fake and the card slot for the phone was missing (untrue)
I have since recieved the phone back and the screen is smashed in 4 - 5 places the phones box is missing and its contents i.e charger, booklet all missing too.
Problem is that ebay decided to refund him as soon as it was signed for.
Does anyone have any idea what i can do?
much appreciated
Jonny

Not sure you will have a lot of joy as its often one persons word against another but >>
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top. Log in and get the code.
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
In the UK its free from any landline phone.
OR
You can send that info directly to the disputes team via email to complaint response paypal.com but put a hypen between the words complaint and response AND a @ between complaint and response as they don't let me post it on here.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
