Sold item on eBay, funds still pending on PayPal?

Hi,

I sold an item earlier this week, first time selling. My funds were on hold with a provisional date of 12th Dec to be released. However, on eBay it says they have been released today, yet they are still on hold on my PayPal? Conacted eBay who have said they are not the ones holding it, PayPal are. I can't seem to find a live chat or email option anywhere to speak to someone at PayPal, does anyone know how I can get hold of someone at PayPal (my phone doesn't work at the moment so can't call them). Help!

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

I've posted on their timeline on Facebook and sent an inbox, nothing back from them as yet
