Should I ship to a buyer who is unverified?

I sold an item got 175 and the address is unconfirmed as well as the buyer has a non us unverified account. Should I still ship? It says I am eligible for seller protection. The address says Florida but the buyer is from out of country and has asian writing inquire their name. What do you guys think?

Thanks for posting on the Community Forum about this.

I can understand your concern in relation to this. Regardless of the country of the buyer, if you ship your item to the address provided by PayPal on the transaction details and get a tracking number for the item from your delivery company, you'll be covered by Seller Protection.

I can confirm that it's not possible for users in many countries to confirm their address, so this should not be a cause for concern. If you have any other questions, do let us know.
