I was trying to sell an item on Ebay, but I had cancelled the credit card that was linked to the account. So when a buyer had purchased the item I was told that I could just transfer the money somewhere else so I accepted the offer for the item. Now the payment for the item says pending. But the problem is that I had put the wrong birth date for my account on paypal so it tells me that I have to verify my identity now, but I do not plan to do this for personal reasons. I do not know if I could still receive the payment and just transfer it to a different account or if the payment would just eventually get refunded back to the buyer?
