Paypal activity

Hi,

I just have a generic question.... I recently logged in to my Paypal account to look at my account activity history. The history I was interested in looking at was my past history in 2014. I thought seen as though this is my account that everything would be available for me to see. When I tried to get the account history up its not allowing me to go back any further than 2015 January, Is this normal? do I need to speak with Paypal to get access in to my full account history?

I've also has EBay resetting outcomes of items I have sold as unsold, I have feedback and  payments through paypal that confirm the items have sold. So little concerned how items I have sold are being portrayed by ebay as unsold when they sold and that someone has been able to retrieve items I have sold over 3 years ago hounding me for the items that have in fact sold.

Any information would be greatly received.

Go to "activity" top of your paypal page > on the right of the page under "simple / detailed" click on statements > activity export > then on the left of that page under history click on advanced > then in the drop down box under "find a transaction" you can search by email / name / date etc etc etc OR you can click on advanced instead of basic and go back year by year.

Hi, I owned a Camper van until a few weeks ago when it was destroyed in a fire.

We had lots of personal belongings in the van and many of them were purchased via PayPal. I need details to deal with my insurance claim.

I can look at old transactions on Amazon. I have been able to download some PayPal activity but was only able to go back two years. I would like to be able to access my records for up to 12 years, is this possible?
