Hi, wondering if anyone can figure out what's gong on. I sold a umber of one item on Ebay, with a total price of £7.39 each. On all but one, Paypal fees were 45p, ie 3.4% +20p, which as far as I'm aware is what it should be, but on one transaction the fees were 49p. Does anyone have any idea why paypal might have taken the extra 4p?
Thanks,

Was it an international transaction or the buyer paid from abroad?

Not that I can see. The goods were sent to a UK address. How would I be able to tell if he paid from a non UK account?
Thanks,
