That means , the buyer already pay for the order.. check your paypal account if the funds were on hold , if it is , then go ahead and contact ebay and verify if indeed the buyer pay for the item already. Most of the time , if its your first sale , there will be a 21 days hold for the funds.. you need to ship the item first and upload the tracking number, once tracking shows delivered , funds will be available after 3 days.. you really need to pay for the shipping out of pocket..
Note: make sure thats you can see the payments as pending in your paypal account before you ship the item.
