Ebay is telling me that i have received payment for my item however the money is not visible in my paypal account. Paypal are telling me that the transaction ID is invalid and that they are processing the payment.
Can anyone help as i am slightly reluctant to send the item before i have fulliy received the money into my paypal account.
Could this be an echeque? I wouldn't send anything unless your paypal transaction says 'completed'. An echeque usually takes around 5 - 7 days to clear. When I was sent an echeque I had an email about it. Check your email and see if paypal have sent you anything to explain what is happening. Hope this helps.
