Payment pending

If a payment is pending how long does it take to clear? I still have a payment pending. I can't send the goods until the payment has cleared.

If its pending in your paypal account balance then the buyer has paid so you should send the item.

Sounds like the new seller hold, if your are a new Ebay seller then say so and i can give you the link, if it was a private sale then let me know and i can give you more info in a separate link.

Just double check to make sure that the buyer has not paid you with an echeque. Have you received an email from paypal to say they have paid and that you can ship?
