I have agreed with a buyer from Italy to give a full refund for a returned item including the postage cost but paypal will only let me refund the amount paid. How do I get round this?
You can't 'refund' more than paid but what you can do is send him the return postage refund via send money > friends / family AND as long as you fund it from funds in your paypal balance OR a bank account its free.
