I was told by PayPal I would get my £282.50 back days ago from a cancelled transaction. They say it's gone to my bank but it hasn't

A refund goes back to the funding source that was used to make the payment. The usual timeframe is 5-7 days, and if the payment was made using a credit card, it can take up to 30 days depending on your credit card issuer.

Can you confirm if you have now received the funds from the cancelled transaction?
