PayPal Fees For Private Sellers?

Hi there

I use eBay to sell a few private items such as clothes, but I am not a business.

Does anyone know how the fees for PayPal are calculated? 

Appreciate that this is a simple query, but I have searched and can't find an immediately obvious answer.

Paypal fees for selling are 3.4% + 20p per transaction.

All fees are listed in the user agreement.
