I thought after 90 days payment hold came off

The first item I sold on ebay was over 90 days ago.  I was under the impression that after 90 days from selling the first item the payment hold came off the account.  I still have quite a bit showing pending.  Was I wrong?  The only answers I keep on getting when I ask the question anywhere is what I already know which is that the money will be pending for up to 21 days unless tracking info or positive feedback is given.  It is so FRUSTRATING.  All I want is a simple answer to a simple question!!

Payment holds are usually removed after 90 days. Are your payments still showing on hold? If so, please repost and we can look into your account further.

If you meet the following, you’ll receive payments instantly in most cases:

• You have been an eBay and PayPal member for 6-months or more
• Your total Feedback score is 100 or greater
• Your buyer dissatisfaction percentage is less than 5%
• You are selling in a category or industry with an established history
• Your average Detailed Seller Rating is 4.5 or greater
• You have received 20 or more Detailed Seller Ratings in the last 12-months

i have been an ebay member for almost a year and a half now and my ratings are 4.6 to 4.8

i recently sold an iphone shipped quickly intenrationlly with tracking  and there hould be no more holds my standardd changed to above standard after last evaluation  so idk why they are still holding this money my last 25 feedbck has been all positive i have 2 negative but that ws over a year ago every buyer hs been happy can u please llok into this for me bc i paid 66 dollars for express mail intermnational which provides tracking and it says 3-5 business days and its bee npast that business time frame and already been through customs..How can I get some sort of reimbursement when they guarantee a certain delivery time frame and ewhy am i srill on hold with payments if ive been a memeber for welll over a year and my standard is above standard on ebay

Thanks I FINALLY came off pending just after New Year.  Now my money is available for me to transfer to my Bank Account.
