Here we go... Limited Account for transactions which NEVER happened

I wish I would read all the recent stuff where PayPal is stealing more and more their custoner's money, so that I could withdraw any holdings immediately to my regular bank without risking PayPal stealing it... I am currently having almost $5,000 blocked (stolen) by PayPal!

Yesterday I got the nice 180 days limitation email from PayPal Brand Risk Management, who apparently don't have no phone# or any sort of contact except their email address with only PayPal cusomter service creating useless tickets. This is actually very similar to Amazon Seller Feedback support, who never make any sense, uselsess and target small sellers to bring them down, while large sellers who bring them tons of money basically have no rules!

Nevertheless, the reason behind while they closed the account per their explanation was one of the listings we listed on Wednesday last week or so (around 10/4/2017). The listing was for a system built on Raspberry Pi 3 with 2 GPL (general public license) operating systems installed similar to all of these hundreds of listing with whom PayPal is totally OK (just search for: raspberry lakka). The only brand awareness we may see here is that we also used classic similar to NES casing for our system, which is also sold on eBay in hundreds of listings with whom PayPal is all good (search for mini NES casing).

Now the most ridiculous part of the PayPal claim is: "Because some of your recent transactions violated this policy".

We can understand that this listing can be a reason for PayPal to let us know that it may be a problem, but there was NO TRANSACTIONS at all of from this listing - 0 sales! And we immediately removed the listing (even though we disagree on their brand risk crap). So, they are literally - directly lying to us with no actual transaction taken place for this item limiting (I love how stealing money from your customers they call "limisting the account") our account....

We thought to wait on response from this so called Brand Risk Management group, but based on what we read on how PayPal continuosly steals money, we will not be waiting and immediatley file FSA (Financial Services Authority) complaint today. We will also contact our general attorney as well and make this as public as possible. This is truly a criminal act of withholding/stealing money!

Also, thank you PayPal for us to consider closing 2 100% feedback eBay stores thanks to you. (don't get me even started with eBay here, same crap under different sauce)
