Please can anyone help me. I am trying to sell items on eBay and when I select PayPal I get this message... 'Pay eBay with PayPal Error Message Unable to use this PayPal account to set up monthly payments for your selling fees. Please try another PayPal account. Log in to your PayPal account to set up pre-approved payments to automatically pay your eBay seller fees and any money you owe the eBay under eBay Buyer Protection Policy. You are not being charged at this time. You can always change or cancel your pre-approved payments in your PayPal Profile.' I have set up pre approved payments in PayPal and I have verified my bank account. I have spoken to PayPal twice and they assure me it's an eBay problem. eBay say its PayPal. I have checked everything is set up in eBay ie seller payments and it all looks ok. Can anyone help? This has been going on for two weeks now and I am getting extremely frustrated.
