I sold an item(decently expensive) a few days back and shipped on the same day when it got sold. The buyer made the payment. I got an email from Paypal Customer service set in Luxemburg, written in German in the context of "claim your payment". At first, I thought it is a spam because first, it was in German and second the email address ended at paypal.de instead of aypal.com. So, I did not reply or set up any business account that the email was asking to me do.
The only mistake I did was my paypal primary email address was not same as my ebay email address. So, Paypal could not confirm my email address.Hence,10 days later I got another email from the same email address saying that my payment has been canceled as I did not claim it. Now that the buyer has my item and my payment got canceled too. I do not know what to do. I tried the Paypal's Germany Customer Care, which not to my surprise speaks in German. So, I have no contact point from Paypal customer care too.

Can someone help with this?
